Return policy

If you wish to return the item, you can send it with a completed cancellation form in the mail within 14 days of receipt to:

If you return the item because you regret the purchase, you must pay the return postage. If you complain due to damage to the item, contact annmari@bynilsen.no so that we can send you a return slip with paid postage.

To be qualified for returns your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
